Tokyo Olympic Athletes Given 'Anti-Sex' Beds

Of course there are tons of concerns that have been raised to keep the Tokyo Olympics as Covid-safe as possible. Over the past 18 months there have been TONS of ideas and this might be one of the weirdest.

Drastic measures are being taken to keep the athletes focused on winning gold medals and socially distanced, Olympic organizers have created what are being dubbed "anti-sex" beds for the dorms. They're some sort of cardboard structure that only supports a weight of 200kg (about 400lbs) and will reportedly collapse if there is too much movement. Athletes have also been told not to use the customary condoms they've been given ahead of the start of the games in just a few days. They've been asked to keep them as a memento of this year's games.

It's been reported that some athletes have complained to event organizers, but the manufacturer has said that there shouldn't be too many issues, "as long as they stick to just two people in the beds." The idea is to remove and recycle the beds at the end of the games and the village will be turned into luxury apartments.
