Kris Jenner is one of the busiest managers around, coining the term "momager" as she handled the business dealings of her daughters as they launched various projects throughout their time in the spotlight, like Kim Kardashian's SKIMS line, Kylie Jenner's Kylie Cosmetics and Kourtney Kardashian's Poosh brand, to name a few. As their brands continue to grow, and the family continues to bring the drama on their show The Kardashians, many have wondered if Jenner will ever retire. Now, the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch is giving some insight into the subject.

During a recent radio interview, the 68-year-old Jenner opened up about how she has no plans to retire soon, saying her work as a momager is "the love of life" that adds "all sorts of different qualities" to her own life, per Page Six.

"It's finding solutions for things. It's your organizational skills. It's your people skills. It's the love of life," she said, adding, "It's having somewhere to go. Getting up, getting dressed, presenting yourself to the world a certain way, and interacting with the people that you love."

If she does keep working, she will be following in the footsteps over her own mother, Mary Jo "MJ" Campbell, who didn't retire until she reached her 80s.

"My mom retired when she was 82," she revealed, adding, "And she talks about her job every single day when we're together, and she will say to me, 'Oh, my job kept me young, and with purpose, and with joy."
