Drake and Kendrick Lamar are reportedly preparing to unleash new diss tracks for one another, according to Joe Budden.

On Wednesday, April 10, the New Jersey native reacted to J. Cole's apology to Kendrick Lamar in the latest episode of The Joe Budden Podcast. During his assessment of the situation, Budden declared J. Cole should "get out of the way" before Drizzy and K. Dot enter the next round of their ongoing beef. He suggests both artists are currently preparing to release vicious responses aimed at each other, and they're "BAD."

"Something is coming," he said. "I think that J. Cole knows that from either Kendrick or Drake or both."

"It was time to bow out because now we are no longer in the first round," he continued. "....I have it on good information that both sides went in the booth and came out. And what I'm hearing about both sides is that it's nuclear. It's up-up. I'm hearing this from people that can rap. So I want to come in here and say that speculation time is over. Debate time is over."

Drake has yet to respond to Kendrick Lamar on wax since Future and Metro Boomin dropped "Like That" last month. He's addressed his haters in Instagram captions and during the remainder of his tour stops, but he has yet to call out Kendrick by name. Even though Cole bowed out of the Big 3 feud, Drake recently told Akademiks he doesn't plan to pull out of the battle anytime soon.

"I've been saying for a few pods now that I've seen absolutely nothing from Drake to get me excited enough to think that he will be capable of doing what needs to be done against the likes of a Kendrick Lamar," Budden added. "I am here to say that there is no longer need for me to instigate anything. We're here. And apparently, he did it. And people heard him."

Naturally, fans went wild with rumors about new diss tracks from both artists. As of this report, there's no confirmation that Drake and Kendrick Lamar are dropping new music, and Budden made that clear after his episode dropped. See his response below.
