UPDATE: The Amherst County Sheriff's Office has identified the victim in the Saturday morning shooting in Madison Heights as 21-year-old T'Khira Monique Browley, of Lynchburg.
The Sheriff's office has not released any information about a suspect or any details on what happened before the shooting took place.

AMHERST COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — A young woman died and four others are injured after a shooting in Amherst County early Saturday morning.
According to the Amherst County Sheriff's Office, the shooting happened in the 300 block of Old Wright Shop around 1:47 a.m.
Deputies and EMS arrived at the scene and found the woman suffering from a gunshot wound.
The woman died at the scene, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Four others were being treated at Lynchburg General Hospital with gunshot wounds from the same shooting, the Sheriff's Office said.
