Hike For Hope will be held this Saturday, May 8 at the Claytor Nature Center in Bedford.
The event will take place in-person with COVID-19 safety measures in place.
Time spent in nature can benefit our mental health, and it's looking like we will have the perfect weather to enjoy some beautiful mountain scenery.
This year's location is the Claytor Nature Center - University of Lynchburg, 1844 Woods Rd., Bedford, VA 24523.
If you are outside of Central Virginia or not comfortable attending an in-person event with COVID-19 precautions, please know that you can still support the Bedford Hike for Hope virtually by registering and fundraising, then hiking in a location of your choice and sharing photos with us.
