LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) -- A cat with a famous name is getting national attention for the person who chose to adopt him.
The Lynchburg Humane Society has more than 200 cats available for adoption, all with their own unique names and personalities.
A three-year-old black cat named Dennis Quaid has found his new forever home with none other than the actor he's named after.
The Lynchburg Humane Society said Quaid said he couldn't pass up the opportunity to adopt him.
Dennis is part of a pet podcast called 'The Pet Show', who talks about pet care, pet style, pet media and celebrity pet influencers.
