Lynchburg Woman Turning 100 Celebrated With a Parade of Friends

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) -- A Lynchburg woman spent Sunday morning getting celebrated with honks and waves at The Summit for her 100th birthday with the help of friends and family.

Grace Hoyt said that many cars showed up filled with both old and new friends.

After 100 years of life, Hoyt said that people often ask her what her secret is.

"I think it's taken me this long to learn to really love and accept love," Hoyt said.
