RICHMOND, Va. (WSET) -- In a bid to help Virginia restaurants, Gov. Ralph Northam is easing restrictions on offering alcohol to go.
During his press conference Wednesday, the governor said he has told the Virginia ABC to allow any restaurant with an ABC license to sell mixed drinks to go, starting midnight Thursday, or Friday, April 10.
