Management at Lynchburg's River Ridge Mall will implement a youth supervision policy after a fight broke out Saturday night at the mall's food court, causing the mall to shut early and resulting in the arrests of two juveniles.
In a statement, mall management said, "As a vibrant destination serving Lynchburg and the surrounding communities, our top priority is the health and safety of our guests, retailers, and employees. Beginning this weekend, River Ridge will implement a youth supervision program that will actively promote the comfortable and family focus experience our patrons expect.
