Located on Rt. 130 in Amherst County, Woodruff’s Café & Pie Shop serves up "a slice of friendship," as their website says. Recently, the Today Show's Al Roker visited the shop and met up with 103-year-old Mary Woodruff who, with her husband, opened the shop in 1952. Originally, the shop closed in 1982, but daughter Angela Scott revived the business in 1998, and it's been going ever since.
