Hosted by the Crooked Road Running Club, this is a USATF Certified 1.178 mile loop (VA17001BDS). Mostly flat surface consists mostly of small cinders.
Overnight camping the night before the event and/or setup will be allowed, please inquire at check-in for the designated areas. Please note open air fires are not allowed.
Water, Gatorade, and assorted soft drinks will be available for the race. We’ll have an assortment of food at the start-finish. There will be no other aid stations on the course. Hamburger/pizza will be available afternoon and late in the day on Saturday.
No refunds; no transfers or deferrals will be allowed. Event is limited to 180 entrants.
This year we're doing jackets. Please note jackets will be available at Unisex sizes and Ladies size. Please when registering be sure you select the proper type/size. The jacket order must be in by October 23. If spots are available after that date you probably won't get a jacket.
Net proceeds go to Franklin County Recreation Department for park improvements.
