Liberty University has suspended an adjunct professor charged with filming and photographing minors in a state of undress.
According to a university spokesperson, 49-year-old David DeHaven of Fincastle was indicted by a Botetourt County grand jury on August 7, 2019. He was an online instructor for Liberty University School of Business.
Online court records show DeHaven is facing six counts of unlawful video of a person. The offense date shows it happened in March.
A statement released by the university says this suspension is pending the outcome of the charges. DeHaven is scheduled for trial in December.
