The manager of Lumpkins Marina said one of the employees found the camera in a stall of their woman's bathroom.
The Pittsylvania County Sheriff's Office said they traced the hidden camera back to David Lee Robertson.
Marina officials said they have no idea how long the hidden camera was there.
The Pittsylvania County Sheriff's Office said Robertson is charged with two misdemeanor counts of filming a non-consented nude person.
After hearing the news, many people in the community, including the owner of the marina have a lot to say about this disturbing incident.
"A lot of people have thoroughly enjoyed this place, and it is a family-oriented park," said Wayne Lumpkin, owner.
