Roanoke Police were dispatched to 8th Street and Orange Avenue, NW, just before 10:30 p.m. last night. Upon arrival, officers found a mal with a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hopsital by Roanoke Fire-EMS for treatment.
No arrest has been made in this incident as police continue to investigate.
