The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says charges are pending for a man in connection with the theft of two utility trailers.
The incident began after the Franklin County Sheriff's Office sent out a bulletin in reference to a stolen utility trailer out of Roanoke County.
One of the Deputies from the Sheriff's Office recognized the truck in the pictures from a previous encounter and soon they developed Donovan Hodges as a suspect in the larceny.
After locating the address of Hodges, they spoke to him and were able to locate the stolen trailer.
