The Henry County Sheriff's Office said a man has been arrested for shooting another man in the head.
The sheriff's office said they got a 911 call around 9 p.m. Monday, March 25 about an individual who had been shot on Ashley Drive in Martinsville. The sheriff's office said they found the victim, 37-year-old Daniel Brown, on the scene.
Brown was taken to the hospital for treatment and later transferred to a Roanoke hospital for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his head.
Through the investigation, the sheriff's office said they determined that 40-year-old Dennis Hall entered Brown's home through a window and shot him. They said Hall and Brown have a history of arguments and confrontations.
