An man was arrested in Madison Heights after explosive materials were found in two different houses on Monday.
Officials arrested Ronnie Lee Ramsey of 114 Second Street Madison Heights for possession of explosive materials.
Virginia State Police bomb squad were called to the scene and blew up the materials found at both houses.
