Thursday's flooding at Bella Rose Plantation was a scary site for the owner.
She explains her family was having a birthday party for her mother, who just turned 70, when the downpour hit.
"This whole area was covered with water," Bella Rose Plantation owner, Vicki Runk said as she pointed to the venues landscape. "It was flooded all the way up to the top of the rotunda. We couldn't see anything. It was just rolling rapids and it was going fast. There were some officers here who were concerned about safety because it was rolling alike a bit river."
