July 20, 2018 - Virginia State Police issued a critically missing adult alert late last night for Megan Lorraine Metzger, 19, of Pamplin.
Metzger was last seen on Tuesday, July 17, and may need medical attention.
described as 5-feet-5, 150 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair and has a five in scar on her right arm.
