Massive Floods Again in Ellicott City Md

For the second time in two years, Ellicott City Maryland has suffered devastating floods.  Nearly ten inches of rain fell on this picturesque town in two hours triggering a massive flash flood.  The Governor of Maryland has declared a state of emergency.

As of this time, there are no reported fatalities from this flood.

A tragically similar flood occurred on July 30, 2016.  Two had been killed in those raging waters.
