Roanoke police say a water main break on Williamson Road near the Sheetz is affecting traffic.
Police have blocked Orange Avenue westbound. They say the Eastbound side is down to one lane. They are also saying low temperatures are creating icy conditions
The water authority is on scene making repairs.
