RICHMOND, Va. (WSET) -- Officials with Governor Ralph Northam's Office announced that Northam and First Lady Pamela Northam tested positive for COVID-19.
On Wednesday, Sept. 23, Northam and Pamela were notified that a member of the governor’s official residence staff, who works closely within the couple’s living quarters, had developed symptoms and subsequently tested positive for COVID-19.
Both Northam and the First Lady received PCR nasal swab tests Thursday afternoon, Sept. 24 and both tested positive.
Northam says he is experiencing no symptoms and Pamela is currently experiencing mild symptoms.
