Roanoke County Police said Cameron, Emma, and Colin have been found safe in South Carolina.
Ruby Allison was taken into custody.
Earlier today, Roanoke County Police Chief Hall said the father, John Allison, turned himself in to the Salem attorney at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

ROANOKE Co., Va. (WSET) -- Police say three children from the Roanoke County, Virginia area are believed to be in extreme danger.
The Virginia State Police has issued an AMBER Alert on behalf of the Roanoke County Police Department on Wednesday, April 22.
State Police say the abduction happened on Tuesday, April 21 around 3 p.m.
The children were last seen in Roanoke County.
