ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) -- Carilion said some employees have tested positive for coronavirus over the past few weeks.
The hospital system did not disclose which departments the employees worked in.
Carilion said they have isolated many other employees who came in contact with their coworkers who tested positive out of an abundance of caution until they can rule out COVID-19.
Carilion says they notify employees and patients if they have come into contact with the person who has tested positive and give them next steps to take.
