Like many iHeartRadio DJs across the country, our Scott Stevens has been doing his afternoon air shift on New Country 107.9 YYD from his home.
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) -- A local radio DJ is taking the studio right to his home.
Like many people are having to do, WYYD Radio DJ Scott Stevens is working from home.
He has all his equipment to broadcast live set up in an upstairs room at his house.
Stevens is on the air in the afternoon from 3 until 7.
Stevens says he has seen a few challenges, but he says there are some benefits to broadcasting from home.
"In 30 years of being in radio, this is the first time I can honestly say that I've been on the air while in my pajamas," Stevens said.
Not to mention his Homer Simpson slippers.
