LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) - - It's a big thank you to the men and women on the front lines in the COVID-19 crisis.
Friday evening, the Rotary Club of Forest put up flags to salute the health care workers in the region.
The field is at Automated Conveyor Systems on Graves Mill Road in Lynchburg.
It's where the club has put up a field of honor in the past honoring veterans, first responders, and others.
The 50 flags are spaced six feet apart, as club members practiced social distancing while putting them up.
The Rotary Club says they'll be in place for the next two weeks.
