GRENTA, Va. (WSET) -- The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services confirmed a Gretna man has passed away from coronavirus-related complications.
Landon and Jean Spradlin are full-time missionaries and were on their way home from a mission trip to New Orleans, Louisiana when they stopped at a gas station in North Carolina on March 17.
Jean said Landon was a musician and the two traveled around the world on mission trips.
The family said Landon collapsed outside the gas station in North Carolina and had to be taken to the hospital.
