Charlottesville, Virginia based singer-songwriter, Will Overman, began his unique journey as a musician in 2013. Will has made a name for himself as a hardworking and talented musician, both as a solo artist and as the frontman of his now disbanded collaborative project, Will Overman Band. Will has released a total of 2 full-length albums and 2 EPs between his two projects, all while touring up and down the east coast playing at notable festivals such as Merlefest, Front Porch Fest, and Appaloosa Music Festival, as well as iconic regional venues including The NorVA, The Jefferson Theater, and The National. In 2017, when the Will Overman Band members decided to go their separate ways, Will found himself at a crossroads. After he released a solo EP, Crossroads, Will spent nearly a year away from touring and playing music professionally to travel the world with his now wife. Through his trials and tribulations, as well as his experiences across the globe, Will discovered a deeper love for his craft, and a new-found desire to continue to share his art. In 2019, Will returned to the state he called home, and began recording new music, ready to share a little piece of his journey with his audience. Musically and lyrically, Will draws deeply from his Virginia roots, producing a rare combination of enticing straight-ahead rhythms and riffs paired with introspective melodies, and brought to life by sleek vocals.
