The Forest Volunteer Fire Department said multiple vehicles are involved in a crash on Forest Road.
Virginia State Police said a 'silver vehicle' was reckless driving and caused the crash around 9 a.m.
They said their engines responded to Route 221 with five to six vehicles in a crash and one vehicle on its side with at least one person trapped inside.
