The winner of the 2022 Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home is Lynn Skinner of Holly Springs, NC.

Skinner's name was drawn from among 10,000 entries for this year's Dream Home located in Trent's Landing off Waterlick Rd. in Campbell County.

The drawing was held live Wednesday evening during ABC 13 News at 6.

The home features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, an office area, and top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, including Smart Home technology.

The 2,500-square foot home is valued at $500,000.

Tickets went on sale in May and all 10,000 tickets sold out in nine days.

This year's Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home raised $1 million for the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help in their mission to understand, treat, and defeat childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Since 2019, more than $3 million has been raised by the dream homes built and given away in Central Virginia.
