CAMPBELL Co., Va. (WSET) -- The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) reports that several roads are closed Monday morning, April 13 due to the weather conditions.
Road closures:
LYNCHBURG:
- Route 670 near Sunnymeade Rd. and Route 677 in Campbell County. All eastbound and westbound lanes are closed.
- The off-ramp to Candlers Mountain Road from 460 W in Lynchburg is blocked due to a downed tree.
- 1700-Block of Wards Ferry Road is closed to all traffic until further notice due to debris in the roadway.
CAMPBELL COUNTY:
- Parts of Eastbrook Road close due to flooding.
- Lynbrook Road from Clarks Road to Lawyers Road closed due to flooing.
- Leesville Road to Tardy Mountain Road closed due to flooding.
- Johnson Mountain Road from Leesville Road to Tardy Mountain Road closed due to flooding.
ROANOKE:
- The Wise Ave Bridge (both the Roanoke and Vinton sides) is closed
- King St NE from Belle Ave Berkley Road NE is closed
- 900-1000 block of Campbell Ave SW Welcome Valley Rd at Yellow Mountsin Road SE is closed
- 2700 block of Garden City Blvd SE is closed
- Chersterton St at Deyerle Rd SW is closed
- Shaffe's Crossing is closed
- Wonju St at Franklin Rd SW is closed
