ABC's The Bachelor Sean Lowe is now engaged to Catherine Giudici, the 26-year-old graphic designer from Seattle! [The pre-finale-night spoilers were right.]
Now for the bigger question- Are they still together? Indeed they are, and they're already preparing for a wedding. In last night's finale, Catherine said, "Why wait?"
Host Chris Harrison, who's an ordained pastor, offered to conduct the ceremony immediately, but the couple declined saying they wanted to be surrounded by their family and friends. They will plan the wedding with the ABC Bachelor network, so the ceremony will be televised.
Sean will also move right into another ABC show. The official came this morning that Sean has joined this season's celebrity contestants on Dancing With the Stars.
Sean left many ladies heartbroken, including Lindsay Yenter, the 25-year-old substitute teacher from Fort Bragg, North Carolina who was sent home Monday night, right before Sean professed his love for Catherine.
Not heartbroken are The Bachelor's producers! The audience for “The Bachelor” increased this season by 3 percent bringing in 8.8 million viewers! And more to the producer's delight, the group that attracts the most advertisers, 18- 49 year olds, grew by 7 percent!
Before Monday's finale ended, host Chris Harrison, announced that Desiree would be ABC's next Bachelorette.
