Richard Gere apparently plays a convincing homeless guy.
In his new movie “Time Out of Mind,” the 64-year-old plays a homeless man trying to reconnect with his daughter. He stayed in character while on set in New York City. Gere did very typical homeless man behavior such as going through a garbage can, holding a beer in a brown bag, and even accepting food and a “I Love New York” bag from a woman.
In the pictures, he is sporting baggy pants, a scruffy face, and a track jacket. We can’t believe people actually fell for it!
